Craving for chicharon with sukang pinakurat


Wow.. who could resist this mouth-watering pork cracklings a.k.a. chicharon baboy paired with sukang pinakurat ( spicy native vinegar dip ). Been having food cravings since yesterday and this one is definitely fulfilling. I just made my own version of sukang pinakurat, since I haven't bought the commercial one. Here's how I made it. I just added vinegar, dash of salt, cayenne powder, paprika, white pepper powder, sugar, crushed garlic in a bowl, mix it with fork and viola..a homemade native vinegar dip with a personal touch. Come on. Try it at home. Who knows it can fill your cravings too :).
